Stay tuned for an article on how management at Yuma, especially Wellton, completely messed up your pay reform meeting. The Union is currently gathering the facts and will publish the information as soon as possible. For now, not only does it appear that Chief Martin wants rank-and-file agents to know nothing about how the current legislation will affect them and their pay, but he has willingly and knowingly allowed his managers to ABUSE AUO by working more hours than necessary so they can line their pockets with taxpayers' money. While everyone else throughout the nation has reduced their hours due to budgetary constraints, Yuma management has done the exact opposite. They are operating in the same manner as the Commissioner's situation room. Although Chief Martin oversaw this illegal use and abuse of AUO, he is not the only culprit.  Chief Fisher was and is aware of the illegal usage of AUO by managers throughout the Agency. Remember the "Honor First" monicker of this failed Agency, because if you don't, it will be beaten into you. Unfortunately, management only expects "Honor" to be first with the rank-and-file, not themselves.
